How it started

Arthur Inspection Services was born out of a desire for change, legacy, and family.

After many successful years in the automotive and pipeline construction industreis, John decided it was time for a new chapter, one where he could build something lasting for his family. With a passion for problem-solving and a strong work ethic, he started AIS from the ground.

The vision has always been bigger than home inspections. It’s about family, building a legacy, serving others, and making a difference in the lives of the clients who trust them with their properties. His daughter, Samantha, has since joined the business as a licensed inspector, helping carry that vision into the next generation. At the heart of everything they do is a commitment to serving clients and their families with the same care, honesty, and dedication they would give their own.

John “Johnny” Arthur is the owner and lead inspector, proudly serving Southeast Texas with a hands-on approach and a commitment to honest, thorough inspections. He brings decades of problem-solving and handyman know-how from his experience in the automotive and pipeline construction industries.

He believes in educating clients, answering questions, and helping them understand the condition of their property so they can make informed decisions with confidence. As a family-owned business, Johnny takes pride in treating every client like family and providing service you can trust.

Samantha's main responsibility is her role as business manager but she is also an inspector. She brings a background in human resources, a passion for helping people, and a commitment to educating clients.

As Johnny’s only daughter, she has long been part of the family business behind the scenes and is proud to help carry its mission forward. She enjoys building relationships, supporting clients throughout the inspection process, and helping them feel confident in their real estate decisions.
